Harry J. Gold – CEO, Proven Marketing Leader
Lightspeed GTM is led by Harry J. Gold, a nationally recognized digital marketing strategist and educator with over 25 years of experience helping organizations thrive in competitive markets.
Over his 25-year career, Harry has personally helped hundreds of companies develop and launch high-impact Go-to-Market strategies and trained their staff to execute on those strategies. His agency, planning and training expertise spans B2B, B2C, enterprise, and startup environments, with a client list that includes Dell, IBM, Dow Jones, Navient, GE Healthcare, Philips, Siemens, Square, Boston Scientific, Bright Horizons, Autodesk, Cigna, Akamai, Citrix, RSA, Salesforce, AIG, Goldman Sachs, Principal Financial, Harley-Davidson, and more.
When Harry is not dreaming of all things marketing, he enjoys fishing in Gloucester Massachusetts with his family and scuba diving for lobsters. Harry also loves to cook tasty wholesome meals using local ingredients.

Ryan Wilensky, Marketing Leader, GTM Planning Strategist
Ryan Wilensky, an experienced marketing strategist with 20+ years of experience, brings a comprehensive skill set to digital marketing leadership. Over Ryan’s career he has worked at multiple agencies managing brand development, GTM and demand gen programs for companies that include Mimecast, Akamai, Intralinks, Principal Financial, Holiday Inn, Super 8, Kraft Foods, Dell Refurbished and more.
Ryan’s specialty is developing and managing multi-channel marketing programs that align with client revenue goals and leverage the latest digital trends through his proficiency in digital marketing. Ryan is very experienced in integrating MarTech components such as HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, PathFactory, Lytics, LinkedIn and more into CRM and Media integrated channels.
When Ryan isn’t thinking about marketing he enjoys spending time with his family and their 100-pound Husky-mix mutt. He’s also the lead singer of The Passive Aggressives, a Boston-based dad-rock cover band you might catch performing around town.
Monamie Bir, Marketing Leader, GTM Planning Strategist
Monamie Bir is a global marketing executive with over 15 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across technology, energy, eCommerce, education, and professional services.
Her career spans India, the United Kingdom, and the United States, where she has led integrated marketing strategies that merge brand storytelling with data-driven execution. Beginning her career in public relations, Monamie built a strong foundation in communications before expanding into digital marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. She has since spearheaded multi-channel programs, launched new products, and guided cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact through AI-powered analytics and customer experience transformation.
Known for her empathetic leadership and global perspective, Monamie excels at uniting diverse teams, aligning marketing engines with business goals, and integrating emerging MarTech solutions into complex ecosystems. Her work has consistently transformed customer journeys while creating scalable growth models across both B2B and B2C landscapes.
When she isn’t building marketing engines, Monamie enjoys traveling, immersing herself in different cultures, and learning about people and human behavior - experiences that often broaden her perspective as a leader. Monamie is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, deepening her expertise in leadership, strategy, and global business.
